My son was 5 1/2 years old when he first started at Aqualight. He did not know how to swim and was afraid of water. Now my son is almost seven. He swims, knows how to breathe properly and still has a lot to learn. Instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. They know how to communicate with kids different ages and abilities. Groups are small. Time is convenient for kids and parents. I would strongly recommend swimming to everybody: good sport and great for health.
